CRA designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned an enclosed flare system with gas train for the closure of the Gorai Dumpsite in Mumbai, a landmark project awarded by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. The system safely combusts landfill gas extracted from the closed dumpsite, meeting CPCB emission norms and eliminating uncontrolled methane releases to atmosphere.

MCGM required a landfill gas management system to support closure of the Gorai dumpsite in Mumbai. Uncontrolled methane emissions from the closed site posed both an environmental risk and a regulatory compliance gap under CPCB emission norms.
