What is the CRA Partner Program?

CRA's Partner Program is a structured channel through which established firms and individuals can represent, integrate, or service CRA's custom-engineered gas systems in their markets.

CRA works with three partner types: Territory Agents / Sales Representatives who source opportunities in their geography, EPC / Integration Partners who include CRA equipment packages in turnkey project bids, and Service / Aftermarket Partners who deliver commissioning, maintenance, and spare parts in-country.

Partners gain access to CRA's engineering team, manufacturing infrastructure, and a track record of 800+ installations across 25+ countries.

What types of partnerships does CRA offer?

CRA offers three partnership models:

Territory Agent / Sales Representative — For firms or individuals with active client relationships in oil & gas, biogas, chemical, or power sectors. Agents source opportunities; CRA handles all engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial execution.

EPC / Integration Partner — For engineering, procurement, and construction firms who bid on turnkey projects requiring combustion, gas handling, or emissions control packages. CRA supplies engineered equipment EXW Noida with full documentation and optional commissioning support.

Service / Aftermarket Partner — For local engineering service firms or maintenance contractors with field capability. CRA certifies and trains service partners to deliver commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply in-country.

What products can partners represent?

Partners can represent CRA's full product line: gas flares, thermal oxidizers, biogas upgrading and treatment systems, gas compression and processing equipment, and burner management systems (BMS) and controls.

Some partnerships may be product-specific depending on the partner's technical domain and market focus — this is agreed during the evaluation process.

What regions are available for partnership?

CRA is actively seeking partners in the Middle East & North Africa, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Some territories may have existing representation. Availability is discussed individually during the evaluation process.

What support does CRA provide to Territory Agents?

CRA provides territory agents with the following:

Technical sales support and proposal preparation | Product training (remote and on-site) | Marketing collateral and product brochures | Reference project documentation | Competitive pricing structures

Agents are never expected to do their own engineering. CRA's applications engineering team backs every opportunity from sizing through to bid submission.

What support does CRA provide to EPC and Integration Partners?

CRA provides EPC and integration partners with the following:

Technical bid support | Project-specific engineering | Competitive OEM pricing | EXW delivery from Noida | Full documentation packages aligned to end-client standards (API, CE/UKCA, IECEx, ATEX)

Commissioning supervision is available as an optional scope, quoted separately per project.

What support does CRA provide to Service and Aftermarket Partners?

CRA provides service and aftermarket partners with the following:

Technical training programmes | Spare parts access and supply agreements | Remote diagnostic support | Service manuals and maintenance documentation | Referrals from CRA's installed base in the partner's region

Do I need prior experience in combustion or gas systems to become a partner?

Direct experience with combustion equipment is preferred but not mandatory.

CRA prioritises partners with strong client relationships in relevant sectors — oil & gas, biogas, chemical, or power — and a demonstrated ability to manage technical sales relationships. CRA provides product training to bridge any technical knowledge gaps.

Why do clients choose CRA systems over catalogue products?

Every CRA system is custom-engineered for the specific application — gas composition, flow profile, site conditions, and operating requirements. Partners bring differentiated, hard-to-substitute solutions to their clients, not off-the-shelf equipment that any distributor can supply.

CRA's installed base spans 800+ systems across 25+ countries, with reference clients including ONGC, IOCL, Adani, L&T, Schlumberger, Saudi Aramco, and Veolia. Partners leverage this track record to build credibility in their markets.

Where are CRA's manufacturing facilities?

CRA operates two manufacturing facilities in the NCR region totalling over 40,000 sq ft. Capabilities include CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and QA — all controlled under one roof.

Partners work with a single-source OEM, not a fragmented supply chain.

How do I apply to become a CRA partner?

Complete the partner application form on this page. Provide your company details, the markets you cover, and a brief description of your business and the sectors you serve.

If there is a fit, CRA's partnerships team will be in touch to schedule a call and discuss territory, terms, and next steps. All partner agreements are reviewed and approved by CRA leadership.

What happens after I submit my partner application?

CRA's partnerships team reviews all applications. If there is a potential fit, we will be in touch to schedule a call.

The evaluation considers your market presence, sector relationships, technical capability, and alignment with CRA's target geographies.
